My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world.

Smith, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and her corporate career spans approximately 25 years in corporate accounting and finance.  Coach Evita has a passion for helping people live their best life. She is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Kingdom Seekers Community Church in Atlanta, Georgia. She is also the owner of Exceptional Living Empowerment Coaching and Training; a leadership and lifestyle coaching practice specializing in leadership wellness coaching. Our mission is to help individuals live well to lead well. Due to her own journey with stress, anxiety, and weight issues, she decided to expand her life coaching practice to include wellness coaching. Evita is dedicated to helping people to live exceptionally – mind, body, and spirit.
